Hi, I want to get the Topfield 5000Ci satellite receiver but I want to project on the wall with a projector/beamer. I've heard that only projectors with the specification 'component video' or 'YPbPr' are suitable for satellite images. I've found a good projector with this specification, but my question is: is the Topfield 5000 Ci compatible with component video or YPbPr?

    Thanks, pipisheri

Hi and welcome to the forums.......

The Topfield you describe has RGB Scart output - unless you get a projector with a Scart socket (Panasonic perhaps?), you will need an RGB -> Component video transcoder, an example of which can be found At This Link .

Pipisheri, I have replied to your query in the Sky & Freeview section. You should not post the same question in different sections, because it causes a lot of confusion.
