is it possible to use both sites on one particular order?
I understand how it works to use one of the sites however am not sure on using multiple cashback firms on one purchase.

Nope, can only use 1 or the another per order on a particular site, also need to be careful if you use any discount codes that it won't void the cashback.

There is nothing to stop you trying but 99.9% will result in you only being paid by one of them, often the second one you use but again not always.
