Sent Logitech an email a week ago (last friday), informing them my MOMO wheel had developed a fault (explaining the symptoms thoroughly). Saturday i got a reply with an RMA and return address, with instructions to cut the USB cable off the wheel and return it to them. Sent the connector off on Monday (to somewhere in Switzerland - cost me a whole 57p ). This morning (friday), got a knock on the door from Parcel Force, with my brand new wheel replacement. Now thats what i call service - well done Logitech btw, the fault with the old MOMO was the motor. The wheel is the hand-stitched leather model, which they no longer make. I will be putting it on ebay in the near future as spares - a useful amount of stuff for any red MOMO owner to have, as everything else, but the motor, is fine.
