I’d never heard of it either. Netflix hadn’t offered it up to me so at least their algorithm is working! One look at the photo is all I need to know what crap it is. Interesting that the author of the piece is normally very outspoken when it comes to gender politics, yet that photo screams ’male gaze’

Must be a bloody big rock, as there appears to be quite a few of us living under there. Guess it's soundproof as well - "There’s no way you’ve not heard about this one. ".

Why bother landing them? Just turf them out of the back of the plane. Doesn't even have to be that close to the island either.

I'm with Dave Grohl on this, - there's no such thing as a guilty pleasure. If you like something, then enjoy it. Worrying about what others think about your tastes is beyond pointless, as frankly life is far far too short.

So watch/listen/read/play whatever you like.

Personally I love 80s anime, stuff like Maison Ikkoku, Macross, Urusei Yatsura, Project A-Ko, Fist of the North Star, City Hunter, Cats Eye, Bubblegum Crisis, Patlabor and many more. I don't care if others think that's weird or pointless or wrong or anything else.

Have to disagree on one program being a guilty pleasure - “Too hot to handle”.

This is seriously insightful documentary with groundbreaking revelations into animal behaviour. Very important. We should protect our planet from such creatures.

You wasn't too bad the first season (a little ridiculous), but season 2 is pretty much rinse and repeat but with the addition of the brother into the mix. Season 3 will be much the same given how S2 ended.

Your able to receive ITV 3 and Channel 5 right? They are free granted, but ratio wise there is nothing I watch on those and tonnes I watch on Netflix.

I live in Germany, so don't get those Channels for free. But it must be said, we haven't watched a regulatr TV Channel for years, prefering On Demand services (Prime) or one-off rental (iTunes, Videobuster) for stuff we don't intend to buy.

Wish the 'Too Hot to Handle' image would get off the front page of AVF and my Netflix trending views -too - doesn't belong in either.

As someone else has pointed about, it's aimed at 'male gaze' hence choosing that image as the article thumbnail - bit unclassy for this site IMO. Could understand if it was a review for the show itself but in this case it's number 8 on the list, not even number 1! That and it looks like utter brain numbing garbage.

Although on a side note, Kumaris reviews are usually great

I simply will not watch any kind of love island type of programme, it’s trash tv of the highest order and I’d rather shat in my hands and clap than expose my senses to that garbage.
You may as well watch porn instead because it’s just titillation for the brain dead masses and is exactly what’s wrong with society theses days. I agree with the other avf-ers , people who crave fame by going on garbage like this do nothing positive to the younger generations and as such shouldn’t be given airtime. Chuckling em out of a plane is a great idea, that I would watch.
I expected far better from the reviewer and avf. Using the pics in this review is tantamount to desperate click-bait.

Agreed, ‘You’ wasn’t bad at all and not any kind of guilty pleasure. It doesn’t deserve to be bundled with yet another Island reality show.

Just had a look at the list, all of them would not appeal to me. Seems some are easily pleased if they turn out this dross and make a profit from them.
