TomTom XL Classic Issue

For some reason when i turned my TomTom on yesterday it gave me a notice about safety etc then went to the password screen. I entered my 4 digit pass as normal but nothings happened! Its just stuck there, any ideas anyone? Im defo putting in the right password.

Is there not a reset button on the bottom, or you could try restoring via the pc
