i am looking to change my curent sat nav - i have tomtom running off a pda but am sick of my pda crashing all the time. also, my car stereo is starting to play up so was thinking about one of these pioneer motorized all in one satnav/stereo systems - not cheap at about £1k but if i look at my other option of a tomtom 700 unit, i would be constantly worried about it getting knicked out of my car (yes, i probably would forget to take it out from time to time). considering i drive around a lot is it worth spending a grand on a pioneer sat nav stereo and how good are they? opinions welcome!!!

Been looking at the same thing, imo the Pioneer system is better. Less hassle.
