TomTom Go500 No Maps Found?

Dear All,

I switched on my TomTom Go500 with the TomTom SD card inserted, a message about legal notice flashed up, I read and pressed agree, it then shows No maps found. I have had this sysytem for about a year, I have tried the reset button, but nothing happens? Please can you assist?

are you using the original tt sd card?
have you got a back up of the card you can try?
have you done a tomtom upgrade using tomtom home?

Yes it's original TT card.

No Back Up Card.

Not tried to download of any updates.

Dear All,

For the past 4 days I've tried to contact TomTom via their online support but have had no responce(any other ideas on how to contact them).

I've clicked the reset button, re-inserted the SD card and connected to TomTom home, none of which has changed matters has system is still showing no maps.

Can anyone assist please?
