    R.I.P. to a true legend.

some of these footballers today should be ashamed of themselves with the way they behave both on and off the pitch.

    So sad to hear this.

We share the same surname and I always remember at School, the sports teachers would shout at me "Come on Finney, you should be able to play like Tom". I was too young to have watched him myself, but it appears he had a huge affect on a generation of footballer supporters.

Seems like he was a true gent and universally liked by everyone.

I have no idea how good a player he was or was not, too young..... But according to those who knew him, he was a legend in regard to being a humble decent human being..... which is what matter's most .R.I.P. Sir Tom.
