My Plasma arrives tomorrow, but my Wall Bracket is nowhere to be seen.

I've order a tilting bracket but I'm in half a mind to cancel it and go buy a static mount locally just so I can set things up tomorrow.

Is a Tilt bracket much better than a Static bracket ? Will I regret it later if I get a static just due to impatience ?

I'm getting a PW6, view distance about 10.5 feet, it will be above eye level but not as high as above a fire place.

Anyone advise me on how necessary a tilt is?

A tilt bracket is only good if your putting it over a door.
If you are putting it eye level'ish you wont need one,
save money and just buy a rigid one. :lesson:

I got a tilt wall mount from av sales via discount on this forum. only £109. i use it tilted screen about 1.3 mtr from floor viewing about 7 ft you can always use it locked flat! I'd wait for it.
Happy viewing brilliant choice of screen.
