    Hellloooo there!

I've read the pro's and con's of the ACER AL2671W but it is now my top choice. It is HD-Ready and to me that seems important.

My other half however wants a 23" phillips/sony whatever non-HD ready tv which is only about £130 less!

What do you reckon? go for a top 23" normal lcd or go for the acer HD at £550?

Look forward to hearing your responses! Cheers

DVI is okay as long as it supports HDCP (copy pritection), if it doesn't you will be limited to HD via analogue or SD (potentially via DVI or analogue) for encrypted material
