For several days now
could that mean anything?
Worked absolutely fine for me a couple of minutes ago.
It's there all right, although a bit slow.
But what's your intention with your post? I don't see a website being down relate to anything.
Their site has been up and down like a yo yo recently
But they do seem to be fine tuning the descriptions of the different products
Lets hope they really suprise us all very soon
I'd have to agree with this....there's been a load of rumour-mongering and hearsay regarding TAG and it's future with IAG,obviously not helped initially by TAG's reticence in giving clear information.
I don't think that posts like this are of any particular use unless the person posting has a specific problem with his/her TAG gear and is looking for help from the TAG/IAG personnel here.
Is that the case mlinhares?
The link http://www.internationalaudiogroup.com/ works perfectly but the "sublink" to Audiolab or TMA doesn't work for several days now.
I don't know if it is because I use a Mac computer but I notice that Paul G. at his thread "DVD32R will not recognise CD's" also says the same thing: «The TAG part of the IAG site appears to be down.»
Regarding Teejoo, when that happened at the "old" TMA site it could mean good or bad news, I hoped it would be good news
Alex2, yes I have an issue but for now it's for IAG/TMA helpdesk if I can reach them
I received a couple of "bounced" emails because the site was down.
I share the same xxxxx sentiments!
I had emailed to the helpdesk requesting for some info regarding AV32R upgrades pricing and availability and there was not even an auto-response from email. Just dead silence!
To think that I had been a die hard fan of Tag .....
If this goes on, IAG/Tag will be losing me as a customer and potentially many others as I will be advising many others to avoid their products.
It seems to be "up" again but in a very quick browse couldn't find anything new.
I've also had a mail "bounced" back from the desk.
It seems without Barry customer service is bo**ocks A classic case of accountants cutting corners and running on minimum staff whats new, more and more customer service related industries seem to be running this way nowadays
Is Barry out of IAG helpesk or on holidays?
Barry is apparently on holiday, I'll ring him and find out! As I said elsewhere a bit shortsighted to get rid of Mark just before Barry went on holiday if that is the case......
Barry is indeed on holiday until Monday week......From what people are saying on various threads it would appear that the whole place grinds to a halt if he isn't there....Like I said, a bit shortsighted getting rid of Mark the other day......
I am sure there must be a bit more to this (trying to be fair) than plain old fashioned "cockup" but if was in charge of this I'd be banging heads by now as it doesn't look like people are thinking this one through.....
From the info I have I'd also have to say that I'm not that impressed this time.
I hate to think what would happen if he ever left!
