I'm thinking of buying a Tivo from ebay, and noticed one posted by someone at www.tivoland.com. Nipping to their site they seem to offer a few options but it's all very basic and - crucially - I can't see any contact address or phone details, which puts me off straightaway.

Has anyone here bought from them?

Doh! This should be in the Tivo forum but I can't seem to delete or move it.

contact is email only. I think the sites run by healey something. He posts and reads over at tivocommunity.com (UK forum area). Apparantly well regarded.

I've just upgraded my tivo with 2x120GB hard disks and a network adapter. 93 hours best quality can't be sneezed at!

Yeah it is Dave Healey and he is on the Tivo Community forum. Best place to get a Tivo these days in my opinion.
