Tivo and Sky questions...

Don't seem to be able to find any answers to these questions, but that is probably to do with my lack of search skill ability rather than the answers not being here...anyway, wonder if someone could answer the following for me please:

1) Can Tivo change channels automatically on Sky?

2) Can Tivo turn the Sky box on and off when it is in standby?
