the answer is in one of the tiny threads, posted by roversd1 I think......I am not recommending you use it though unless you know what you are doing....can cause major problems

dsp button,
flip panel open,
left arrow
right arrow
centre arrow.

to get to factory reset go to calibration screen then scroll down to bottom and keep going.

another person with problems with the tiny screen, return it, sell it (if anyone will buy it, bin it, let your dog chew it etc etc.

I'm told its accessed by inserting a chisel into the very centre of the screen and tapping the heel of it with a small ball pein hammer
