I need to move my Toshiba rear projection to an upstairs room, the problem is I will need to tilt the TV to get it up the stairs and under the landing. Does anyone know if this will cause any damage to the TV? I wonder as when it was delivered the people doing so, said it shouldn't be tipped! Any Help always greatfully recieved.

I'm sure that the best advice is to keep it vertical at all times, but I also know that I transported my RP Toshiba several miles in the back of my car laying flat without even disturbing the convergence so it is not necessarily a problem.

I guess that avoiding physical shock to the set is the most important thing rather than just orientation.
