BBC News - Tiger kills zookeeper in Cologne, Germany
I've got really mixed feelings about this.
Obviously I feel for the dead keeper and her family. Very tragic.
But it seems that human error led to a gate not being closed properly.
The tiger then behaved, well, like a tiger.
Couldn't it have been tranquillised rather than killed?
