Just wondering if anyone could explain the stream settings in tidal . I have got a Linx tablet linked to a amplifier which I have set sound output to the amp which is TX-SR444. Then I have set “more settings” to “force volume setting”. I have put it on “use exclusive mode” but that seemed to distort the speakers because I think the output level is to high but I can’t change that because it’s fixed volume. But in this mode it changes the kHz when in HiFi mode and master. As I checked with the amp info. But this does not happen when in “ force volume” settings, it just stays in default mode which seems to be 48khz. So my question is does the HiFi and master sound still work in “force volume”
Or is there anyway of turning the output of the sound just a bit so it doesn’t distort when in “use exclusive mode”?
