Hi everyone, I'm after some help please. I'm looking into buying an HD LCD TV in the near future, but have had several LCD Computer screens ruined by thunderbugs crawling between the LCD panel and the backlight then dying. For those of you not living in Deepest Darkest Essex, thunderbugs are tiny little black insects about 1.5mm long that swarm during harvest time. They get in picture frames and anything else similar, then just die! So basically my question is are LCD TV's manufactured differently to Computer flatscreens or will this problem affect any TV I buy? I realise that from normal viewing distance they probably would not be noticeable, but will not buy one if they are not "thunderbug proof" Thanks for your help!
