Looks like it was a productive visit. Some good 'uns. The first three of this post are crackers. :smashin:

You definitely were able to get good access. How?

And I recognise Mat Jackson, but who are the couple?

Denno,

Comments appreciated. They opend up the pit lane for almost an hour to let the masses get up close and personal. Signature hunters, freebies and masses of people. It was brilliant. The totty was . . . scrumptious! My missus was watching where I pointed my lens . . . .

A smile and a please and thank you works a treat. I don't know the drivers per-se, but they were happy to give me a few seconds of their time whilst signing stuff and having their photos taken.

Darned good day out.

Number 1-3 seem to have a bit of a purple cast for some reason, it may be my work monitor but the others seems fine. The first seems to suffer particularly (I assume the name Young is in white but it looks to have a pinkish tint)

I like #5, nicely composed and exposed

#7 looks a bit soft to me, missed focus point maybe?

It looks like you had some nice access there, excellent opportunity :smashin:

Great set of shots Pirate!! (As well as the shots in the other thread)

Particularly like #2 also.

Nice to see your A700 AF working hard, even if it's improved AF speed trashed the internals of your Sig 70-300 :)
I wonder if the A700 would double up as an electric screwdriver? Or is that a hammer drill?

drill?
