Three charged me for internet???

just checked my next bill and I used only 200mb of my 1gb but they charged me £5.391 for 3.1mb and £3.189 for 25.1mb
Think i will change to a three payg sim if they are gonna start nonsense like this

You won't get anywhere without phoning Three first.

I'm sure they'll be happy to sort it out for you, I was being charged at first too because the internet package wasn't added on my account.

So phone three customer service they credited my account and added the internet package.

Did you recently get your contract?
