Phoned 3 to give 30 days notice to end contract
After 22mins and saying I'm ending my contact repeatedly
It was a nightmare to deal with India customer service

That's why I left 3 a couple of years ago - they even put me on hold to ttry and get me to hang up but the call was free.
BTW if they put you on hold for two minutes an alert is sent to their supervisor.
I'm with Vodafone, not perfect but a lot better.
