Thoughts about a Panasonic TX-L42B6B

Last year I bought my wife the 32 inch model of this TV for her birthday (bedroom TV). Picture seems quite good being honest about it. So as we really only need a non-smart TV in the living room I'm thinking about one of these. Does anybody have one and what do they think about it? I can get around the problem of 2 HDMI's by use of a 5-way HDMI selector.

You don't need the smart functions but the picture quality will be significantly better than the B6B.
Bare in mind that the original price of the E6 was £750 so you'd be getting a very good deal.
