Has anyone heard of the movie 'Those Magnificient Men and Their Flying Machines'? It used to be my favorite movie as a kid. Just can't ssem to find a copy nowadays.

Wondering if it was a huge DUD that simply caught my fancy. I remember it being hilarious - slapstick ofcourse.

I hope To find it though

    Great film!
If I remember rightly it was filmed in Todd AO (which would be 65mm 2.2:1 aspect ratio), and although I've enjoyed it a lot on tv (never seen the video version), I dont think I've ever seen the widescreen version shown on tv, so have probably missed out on a significant amount of this classic. If there's a dvd to come, let's hope it gives us the whole film to enjoy!

    regards,
    Chris
