Any other owners experience this? So disappointing. Even on standard volume it is very annoying. Definitely from the PSU at the rear top left of the unit.

This will be going back tomorrow.

checked mine and there is a buzz although I hadn't noticed it before - can't5 hear it in the room. Only when I put my ear to the back - can't even hear it when i put my ear to the front.

Make sure your backlight setting is on bright, mine did this when i put it on the soft setting. Think it's a bit like a dimmer switch in your house as they buzz when not feeding full juice. This solved mine as it is annoying!!!!!

not considered the 30" Sharp or philips? Both are about £2k from most places.

Or get that lovely JVC 26" you've had your eye on?

If I go for one I reckon it will either be the 30" Philips (My neighbours turned up at 4pm this afternoon and they want me to install/set it up so will get the chance of an extended demo :) ) or wait for the new 32" JVC.

Saying all that Comet had an offer on the LG 42" plasma today. £2099. Need to check the mags/reviews and see what they think/thought of it.

Decisions. I may just decide to wait 6 months as it's only for the bedroom.

I noticed the same - although I have to physically get behind the TV to hear the buzz. I tend toi use the 'normal' setting anyway as this seems to give the best contrat results.
Still happy with the tv, though image lag with the internal tuner is very apparent, RGB and prog inputs don't seem to suffer from it.
