I am looking for a camera to take photos of properties and for taking everyday pioctures too. The camera I am thinking of buying is a Canon Digital IXUS 500 - could someone let me know if this camera would do the job - I'm not big into my photography or anything I just want a camera that can take a good quality photo for bochure's in an estate agents and will produce raw files. Also where is the best place to buy memory for my camera? Any help is greatly appreciated! :smashin:

Ebuyer is a good place for CF cards and at great prices.
Sean is correct when he says the Ixus 500 doesn't do raw files - it's not really a camera for serious stuff like that !

I think the price of CF cards is very good at www.7dayshop.com with a 128mb card from £9.99
