I'll back you up on that!! My mum bought me one of those jumper defluffers...rubbish. Never used the thing.

I seem to buy a lot of gadgets in the kitchen that only seem to get used a couple of times then get put to the back of the cupboard.....breadmaker, juicer, electric tin opener, food mixer.

Maybe that just shows my lack of skills in the kitchen

I would second that. I start off with good intentions and end up throwing a fridge worth of the stuff out!! :rotfl:

Between that and a veg steamer and various other kitchen stuff!

Can't agree with the breadmaker, bought a Panasonic one after Christmas and its been in constant use ever since, never eat shop bread again!
My wife constantly buys stuff off of ebay though and it then slowly diappears into the cupboards. Every day the postman is bringing more? I haven't a clue what half of it is?

I should say breadmaker really - but I didn't buy it but got it off my mum...but she did take the flamin' plug off it...!! sigh...

but I do have things that I've only used once, like a bamboo steamer etc..

yeah, I should get my butt into gear - as I have a juicer (which I have used!) - then use the waste fruit to make fruit loafs...that would be cool!

I was only joking - can you imagine using a second hand nasal hair trimmer! And why would anyone want to trim a second hand bikini?

If I had those I'ddefinately be using them a lot! I used to have a breadmaker and a smoothie maker (hope they eploded so she can't use them!) and used them at least once a week. Hmmmm, may have to start saving again...
