    Hi guys,

Quick one really. I need some speaker cable for some Monitor Audio BXFX rear surround speakers I just bought. It needs to be thin to go under the carpet to be routed to the front receiver.

Is there a particular one you guys go for, for your rears? Need about 8 meters and not too expensive.

    Cheers guys.

Installers will generally use 16/2 installation cable unless for higher end install this is around 5-6mm dia depending. QED micro is also very popular and thin. iOS did a flat cable. Google would probably throw up a few options.

Being in the same position as you two years ago I went for this thin cable for the rears. It works jut fine though it is a little stiff so might need a blow with a hair dryer for tight corners.

    £1.75 metre

    Non silver plated £1.50 metre

They also do this flat one for under carpets though I have no experience of using it. £1.20 Metre
