Bad news Deus Ex The Invisible Wars look as though it has been put back to Christmas and Thief III which may not be called that as it is coming out as well on the X-Box is mooted for Spring 2004. (I have always wonders if the X-Box is causing delays of PC games).
Good new on the last one I have seen some screen shoots and it looks lovely

I suppose that the put-back on these titles will give me enough time to finish Half Life 2. I hope these games are as good as I am expecting them to be. I bought a copy of thief 2 over the weekend from a 2nd hand store (along with Clive Barkers Undying - how'd I miss this title first time around?). It is still good, even by today's standards!

I think I'll give thief II another go (third time). Undying's a good game youll enjoy that.
Not suprised t3 and de2 are put back. No one seems to release games within the time frames they often give. Don't mind delays as long as the waitings worth it in the end. (remember dikatana- never did buy that.).
Is HL2 a definative september release then?
I'm getting FPS withdrawl symptoms and will need a fix soon. I just hope the titles coming up are better than unreal2. What a load of pants that was- nice to look at but too short and not very involving imo.

Having played and finished Deus Ex, on its original release, i realise that this type of game is more about mechanics/gameplay, than visual beauty. But having said that, i do wish they'd managed to get Deus Ex 2 out before Doom 3 and Half-Life 2. I'll probbaly enjoy the gameplay experience just as much, but cant see it shining so brightly, coming after the others.

But like everyone else, it should run well on the pc i'll have by then :)
