    :lease:
I am at my wits end. I cannot get a picture on my screen no matter what i try.
I've tried to bypass my b-tech 945 and inserted the vga cable from my pj directly to my dvd player (should i get a picture then?) i got nowhere.
My vga cable has 13 pins the receiving female locators have 15 holes (is this right?)
Can i have purchased a faulty h30a or vdc-vga cable?
Does anyone know the settings for the h30a connected through the bt945?
Or, how i check that the cable and projector are working properly?

The VGA scart adaptor is for RGB video signals only IIRC. This means you need a DVD player which can do RGB out of it's scart socket (most do) and to actually have that setup in the setup menu of the player. Same for Sky TV - need to go into services menu, picture settings, and select 16:9 and RGB video output. Ensure you are using fully wired cables between sources and swticher (scart leads with only a handful of pins connected will not work for RGB video).
