Is this a piece of music by Herb Alpert? If so, what is it called?

And while we're at it, what's that piece of music they use to have for the Gallery in Vision On (with Tony Hart).

For IAK, possibly "Beanbag" by, as you say, Herb Alpert.

For Tony Hart, you're probably thinking of "Leftbank" (scroll down) or Stanley Myer's Cavatina ;)

You can listen to the former here.

    Mike.

EDIT: That first link is TH's official website. Imagine my surprise when I read the following on his "Tony at Home" page:

"Tony Hart lives with his wife, Jean..."

He's just camp then ! (?). Nice house though.

What do you think ? I was there all by myself moments earlier. Something eerie about being alone on a website...and this man was once a TV God, ***.

What was the piece of music they used for the gallery in the later shows when Tony had a full show to himself (apart from Morph) it was also a piece played but the guitarist John Williams?

Not Cavatina (by Stanley Myers) as mentioned above ? (aka Theme from the Deer Hunter [or the earlier "The Walking Stick" depending on how dorky you want to be]).

Not it was not that piece of music. I personally preferred the one I’m on about.

By the way I will be moving this thread shortly to the music forum.;)

    Garrett.

If he's going to ask anyone for a date, I hope it's you and not me. After all you are so much better looking.

One glance at your Avatar, gives the game away.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
