    Hi all,

I have my HS20 Attached by DVI to a HTPC running Theatertek. Is it best that I run Theatertek on its own or should I be using ffdshow and reclock to get the optimal PQ.

    OR some other stuff.

    Thanks

    Chris

Try it out.... FFDShow and Reclock are really down to perception... value versus hassle...

I personally use Reclock to smooth our panning issues... Enable DXVA and see if you like it... only consider these third party developments if you see a problem.. FFDSHOW will process the image - playing with image quality. Reclock will adjust the timings of the digital sound stream to match refresh rates...

    Enjoy
    Paul.

I find FFDshow very good but AFAIK reclock will not work on the HS10/20's refresh rate of 56HRZ

    Thanks Guys,

I have noticed that reclock really slows down the startup of TT.

Are there any particular settings I need to use with ffdshow.
