    When I rang up Sky to order Sky HD it went something like this.

    blah blah blah
    Sky drone : and what do you want to do with your old box?
    Me: I'll keep it.

    wrong !!!!

    My interpretation "I'll keep it as a spare box"
    Sky's interpretation "He wants it relocating"

    No mention of the word "relocating" ever cropped up in the conversation. Consequently it caused a bit of hassle when the Sky lad turned up yesterday to do the install.
    After nearly running his mobile down he got the go ahead and did the install successfully.
    I should have realised something was amiss when I received a new viewing card.
    This morning I rang Sky to clarify what payments had and were to be taken and was recounting the tale to the wench and she said "I know what's coming!". So this may not be an isolated case and the moral to this story is to spell it out to Sky exactly what you are ordering, upon reflection I wish I had (I thought I did!)
