I’m amazed. A black AV192R was posted on eBay this week and didn’t event attract an opening bid under £3K. Is this kit now worth so little?

OK, new AV32R DPs selling for less that half list price was an exciting development but AV192Rs?

Is this the next step towards the end of the world as we TMA owners knew it?

Edward, I think this was bare naked AV192R plus video switcher. As long as IAG keep their mouth shut and do not announce if they are going to support AV192R in the future the value of these units will be less and less.

If you consider that some fully loaded units went away for less than 5k it is more than huge difference, especially knowing how high TAG pushed the prices for every single option. Marks fully loaded unit went for just over 4k.
Those are benchmarks now. Of course there are always uninformed people who buy it but they are running out too.

Did Mark's have the VSM too? Blimey - wish I'd seen it!

I say Steve Jones' unit with scaler and was really impressed.

I'd imagine the home cinema kit would depreciate quicker than the two-channel stuff, given the speed of development in that part of the industry.

I'm always amazed at how much CDT20's & DAC20's go for. Seen them both sell for £600+ on eBay last month!!

The T20 also seems to hold it's value well.
