    Hi all,

I've just received The Thing collector's edition R1 from DVD soon, and it appears that it is missing an inlay. There is a pouch for it on the inside left cover. Can anyone who has the R1 version confirm if there is an inlay, and what it contains? If it is just a chapter listing I probably won't bother to complain!

    Cheers
    Jon

I got mine from DVDsoon last year and it had no inlay either.
I read on this forum or another, someone else saying they had
no inlay and they had got it from somewhere else.So it could
just be that it doesn't come with one.

Was discussed a few months ago and it seems Universal no longer include inserts in their releases even though they still make a space for it, usually end up with promo material about other releases.

I had an old r2 initial no frills release (the one with cr*p pq), so i just used that insert for my re-issue r1 collector's edt.
(then sold my old r2 dvd).
PQ on r1 CE much improved

Seems quite a few studios are doing this now, fox seem to have removed them and now paramount.
