    The Secret Life Of Edgar Briggs - I think that was what it was called.
    Does anyone remember this early David Jason comedy ? I'm sure it was on ITV, and it would probably have been around 1973 or 1974.
    David Jason played a bumbling agent type person and did a lot of falling around and funny stunts. I'd love to see this again :)

    Yes I recall it was a sort of a bit suburbia spy comedy.
    I did not like it much at first but as the series progress I liked it unfortunately it did not last long and there was only one series. I too have been hoping they repeat it instead of Frost for the umpteenth time.
    Oh your right John it was on ITV.

    I'm glad someone else remembers it. At least now I know I've not imagined it as every time I've mentioned it in conversations I get blank looks !

    I remember seeing some reruns in the early to mid 80s in New Zealand. Sort of like a Frank Spencer of espionage.
