Thanks for offering to help, but I am a little skeptical that it will do any good as the returns department are already dealing with it. I have asked them for credit rather than a replacement, and I just got an email from the returns manager saying the terms and conditions won't allow a refund. Annoying as I am not asking for a refund. Even more annoying is that he has selectively quoted the terms and conditions! I do not want a refund. I am happy to have credit at Scan. You sell a lot of stuff that I buy!
