The Denon 3805 has a RS232 port. What does it use? Upgrade the software?

BTW, how can I know the software version of my Denon 3805? Can I upgrade it? :lease: :lease:

The RS232 port is for remote control via systems like AMX and Crestron - I don't think it allows software upgrades.

The RS232 codes are available from the Denon USA website.

    Hope this helps.

Can you check out your automatic setup results like the Pioneer AX5Ai using RS232?

You can't. Don't worry about. I've never used or had the need to use the RS232 port on my Denon ever.
