Every time the papers or the internet news or the radio or television news mention the horrible killing of Anthony Walker, they always refer to him as "murdered black teenager" Anthony Walker. I think this is a terrible way to refer to someone and think it is disrespectful to him and his family and friends. OK, if they are trying to show everyone it's a racial attack, we all know that anyway and the article is usually accompanied by a photo of the lad. I would much rather see them say "Anthony Walker, the innocent teenager who was murdered in an unprovoked attacked by racist white scum", because this attaches the label to the people who committed the crime, not the innocent party. They would never say something like "Murdered fat forty-something JohnG" would they ? PS I wish they would lock up whoever is found guilty of this crime in a predominantly black wing of prison so that they can feel the fear and terror that poor lad must have suffered.
