The one with the lowest refresh rate will likley harm your eyes the most.

AOC used to be a reasonable make. I had one for a good few years and it was fine.
I then switched to my current but old (6 years) iiyama which has been great but it's showing it's age now and I'll probably go flat LCD soon.

    Thanks.
Does it mean that AOC is better?

. AOC, iiyama, Samsung, Sony, Phillips, Take your pick: the actual CRT/ TFT's are only made by a handful of manufacturers for the rest of the world. Rebranding gets you more enhacements and in some cases ( gets more cash off you)
If say you like German cars you may be hard pressed to say which of the Mercs, BMW's ,VW or Audi is the better brand.
I think the point about TFTs is that . The picture quality has become very good compared to CRT and they are thinner, consume less power look prettier Have no flicker ( good for you eyes ,says my optometrist wife :) .) and are actually now quite affordable, a 19" costing about £200. I think they are now the way foward for Computer monitors :smashin:
