Check the New Shuttle, the Killer Media Center PC, has everything you need in one nice design, runs on the Pentium M and looks like it supports the Away mode feature I want one, KIller Sound and Good Graphics, Wifi, Gigabit LAn, DVDRW, VFD, Built in IR reciever, 2 * PCI slots, looks like it's a complete PC< not just a Barebone, all you need to add are the TV Tuners..

Damn this things has some great connectivity...

    Component, DVI, VGA, Svideo output

7.1 Analogue Audio output (phono), Optical/Coaxial Out

Pentium M and not much in the way of expansion doesn't require much more

Very impressive. I like this alot, particularly the HDD options.

But 37dB is, as Skunkpipe says, "a Big downside". For comparison the Artisan is rated at only 23dB :smashin: .

I wonder if they will make it available as a barebones in the future... I do like it, but it is overpriced and being ready built takes all the fun out of it...

I guess you can't argue about looks...But I have seen 80's VCR's that look better than that...And then there is the severely limited amount of storage space, the minute powersupply and the noise!

Not quiet the killer to my standards....

check the specs, VFD, Ir Reciver, good graphcis and 24 bit audio, and two PCI Expansion ports, what more could you ask for?...storage space wise it's acceptable and it run's on a low powered CPU which is ideally what you want for a media center PC, don't what to run a big electricity bill now do you...

Something quiet, dual freeview tuners, WiFi, better gfx, and the price hmmm you can do this a lot cheaper with an Aopen board and a Silverstone LC11 IMHO. If ppl want to buy them at that price though I'll be sure to be selling them - I've not seen enough to convince me yet though. maybe you woudl be my first customer:D

Looking at your specs it seems you have a really quiet system, wish mine was the same, oh well at least it is super fast...
