    Thought i ought to enter this month. Zone, let me know what you need for exif...obviously this is a scan of a plate i took at the weekend. I don't know whether then scanner embeds any exif. It was taken on saturday though!

    For those interested in this stuff it's an 8"x10" large format aluminotype wet plate collodion image. Taken with a Zeiss Tessar 350m lens, F5.6 and 4 second exposure. The back drop is a hand painted on canvas antique backdro i got off ebay for £10 a year ago!

    This is superb. I love this a lot. My only question is whether it's moody as I'd call it sinister or 'scary' rather than moody? Truly brilliant photo though.

    Saw this on Facebook its a cracking photo. Doesn't do the theme for me its more evil than moody but its a great photo Gordon.

    As the rest about the moody feel, but the image certainly draws you in....

    Really like this, love the technique. I like it that its dark and has a moody feel, I would agree that it would fit an evil/horror theme also .
