The Hobbit Trilogy 4k + "Digital Code"

I've been reading through a few reviews of the latest Hobbit Trilogy ultra hd blu-ray film and have noticed that in the uk it doesn't seem possible to buy the version with the 'digital code' included.

I guess the one in the review is only available in the usa and in the uk we get the 'basic' version with title "Theatrical and Extended Films" on the cover?

Other than the occasional Lionsgate title, digital copies in the UK ended a very, very long time ago.

Even the old codes from folks like Warner Bros on previous releases have expired now.

My advice, open a US iTunes account (unbelievably easy) and start buying digital codes off classifieds forums like bluray.com. Bargains to be had.

ITunes Turkey is also worth a look for rather crazy prices.
