Well, firstly, apologies for linking to a Daily Mail story. It wont happen again...
I was thinking about what the Olympics are all about, and how well we've done. Yes, we've done well, and I'm very proud. But when I see what some of these women have been through, I realise how lucky all of our medal winners are. And how lucky we all are as well.
These are the true heroes of the games, and what they have achieved will hopefully be as long lasting as any records. They are mainly poor at their sports. But they deserve applause to match any champion.
