The Godfather part 2 DVD to disc in one folder?

Guys,

I've got the Godfather trilogy on DVD and part 2 is on two discs. If I rip both discs to my HTPC is there any way to put all parts in one folder so it plays like one disc? I reckon not, without editing something somewhere. Just wondered if anyone had done it.

Ah thanks. I'd not thought of converting the film to MKV. I've been storing direct rips of everything so far.
