The French Lieutenant's Woman - cover needed

I've just bought a used copy of The French Lieutenant's Woman from Amazon UK and it turned out to be a Daily Mail giveaway disc in a cardboard pocket sleeve (damn cheek!) It would be pleasant to put it into a decent cover and have the proper cover art, but a search round various DVD-cover sites hasn't turned it up. Can anyone point me towards a source?

Thanks for that link. The title is in their lists, but unfortunately they only have a disc label, not the actual cover.
