    Got the FIFTH ELEMENT REGION 2 after reading views.I taught the picture and sound and film very good and A good demo dvd for my projector as 80% off my dvd collection are region one. on this dvd is region one better. MUD

    I prefer the picture on Region 1 version of this disc.

    is r1 not surround and non-animorphic

    i have the region 2 version (only as i had a whsmith gift voucher) and apparantly the r1 version is very bad

    how do you get the hidden menu on region 2 and what is on it when you do.

    Depends how important extras are to you over picture quality. R1 is still considered by many (myself included) to be about as good as you can get in terms of a quality transfer. The R2 is a pale comparisom.
    The "she dove off" scene is often used by many to compare the detail quality of many players/ projectors.
