Another early entry for me this month.

My entry this month is a montage of four different photos to represent the elements :Fire, Water, Air and Earth.

(I wasn't sure is this was allowed but checked the competition rules and no mention so decided to go for it)

Fire
This was the most difficult of the four to get - in the end I had to light up the barby to get the shot and ended up throwing some meat on it afterwards :D
First ever barby in Jan (in between rain)

Water
Fairly straightforward shot of a glass of water being poured down the sink.

Air
Fast capture of the air bubbles in the fish tank.

Earth
The early signs of the daffodils budding in the back yard.

No PP on any of them except crop to square on each one.
Used CS3 layers to bring together on one black background -(hence no EXIF) and bordered.

Hope you like it. C & C very much welcome.

This is Excellent, great take on the theme, well presented and I echo the comments of others, I Love the borders and Framing, Well done:thumbsup:

Very nice.

Captured 4 elements in one.

Love the framing - very effective:clap:

As others have said, a top effort, got to be one of the main contenders to win this.

Great idea - all 4 elements in one - or even all 5 if you count the sink and the bbq :D.

In particular, I love the fire and air shots. The framing finishes the photos off nicely.

I like the Air and Water shots in particular. I'm not quite so sure about the Earth one, but that's a tricky subject to be creative with. Nicely arranged and bang on theme.
