This looked like it could be a load of rubbish but I watched it today and really liked it.

Cast is magnificent.

I'd not heard of the guy but I've seen some of his illustrations/paintings for sure like I guess most people even though they've never heard of him either.

I don't like cats.

Still.

I wantto see it, but can’t really justify a disc purchase for a film that I’ll probably only once.

I'd watch it again for sure the performances are top notch as is the story.

A lot of folk complain it's bitterly sad and I suppose it is but there's much more to it than that and the cat thing really is a massive part of the joy of the film because their images cheer folk up.

Not sure how they got it funded but I'll buy it when it's £10.00 (for some reason Blu-ray buyers are still paying 50% more than DVD buyers).
