    Does anyone know of a UK supplier for these items? I have a few poorly DVD's that could do with a visit?

    PC World sell them (branded as Skipdoctor).

    Virgin sell them, so do Game.

    I got one and they are great, a few of my music cds looked like a bit of sandpaper had been taken to them and it sorted them out.

    Cheers for that. Not noticed them in Virgin, must look harder.

    I saw them in the Virgin megastore in reading which is pretty big, so they may not be in smaller stores. have you tried online?

    Nah, but my local virgin is fairly big, or, failing that I work near a larger one, so will try on Monday. Cheers.

    Does this thingymajiggy really work then :confused:. It looks cool but is a little expesive IMO. There is a motorised version as well now.

    The reviews I have read seem to suggest it does work quite well. I have a disc that is quite difficult to replace with a small mark on it, so I have my fingers crossed.
