Yeah, we really a need a thread to alert us to buy this disc in three months time and for people to let us all know they'll be buying it.

Probably eBay user libalex as he gets stock 2/3 weeks before US release but you pay a premium.

Otherwise DVDWorldUSA and Movietyme should have it early.

Why wouldn't there be a thread informing us when potentially the biggest film of the year is due out on blu ray?

If you want to watch it as early as possible I'd suggest your local cinema.

Good god aren't you bored yet? It's a good film and I enjoyed watching it but I'd be completely bored if I watched it again this year.

    Five times?

I'd rather eat my own spleen than see it twice, never mind five times.

When he said he'd seen it five times I didn't know whether it was a boast or a cry for help.

I saw the dark knight 4 times in the cinema and rise the same still going to be a day 1 buy for me, Alot of my friends watched the newer starwars multiple times, which is my idea of watching paint dry but i didn't think they were mad for doing it, each to their own i think it's a good thing
that you can be passionate about films and you certainly shouldn't be made do feel daft for doing so, specially not from people who troll on forums

I went to see it twice because the first time I had to nip to the loo half way through I just wasn't man enough to cope with the bladder pain and after that was worried about negative associations do went back for a second helping. Would watch it again probably with mrs MarkusThatch.

Who's trying to make anyone feel daft? It's just a bit of ribbing, it's not something that warrants someone dragging their soapbox out. Some people are just too sensitive.

    Hi,

There are rumours starting to appear on the Internet, that there may be an Extended Director's Cut of Nolan's final Batman film, with 30-minutes of extra footage.

Not sure whether this is true, or whether such a cut would be ready for the curent December 2012 home-viewing release date, but some of you might be interested in it, nonetheless.

I don't think anyone should be knocked for liking a particular film.

But I've never understood people watching their favourite film on a weekly basis.

I get fatigue and I end up ruining a film if I over watch it. I'm not sure I've seen even my favorite film over a dozen times in 30-odd years.

    Still, each to their own.

    Steve W

ps. I reserve the right to come back and poke fun and dole out sarcasm if I think this one's pants when I see it. :D

Even my favourite films I only watch maybe twice a year let alone weekly, far too many other films and TV shows out there to get through not to mention the latest Xbox games lol
